AREA OF PRODUCTION

Vineyards are located in the hills sorrounding Cavaion Veronese, in the heart of the Bardolino Classico area

 

 

VINIFICATION

Fermentation at controlled temperature between 22°and 25°. It matures for 6/8 months in large oak barrels. Further refinement for three months in the bottles. 

 

 

TASTING NOTE

Deep ruby red with notes of fruit of the forest. Dry and harmonious with elegant spicy notes. This is the first red d.o.c.g. wine in the region of Veneto. It is suitable for ageing



GRAPES: Corvina 65%, Rondinella 15%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%, Merlot 10%

 

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16°/18°
