AREA OF PRODUCTION
Vineyards are located in the Valpolicella Classico zone, to the northwest of Verona, at the foot of the Lessini Mountains
Skin-contact maceration for 10/12 days, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
It has a brillant red colour, with hints of cherries, raspberries and spices at the nose. In the mouth it is dry, with good fresh acidity, soft tannins and ample fruit.
