AREA OF PRODUCTION

Vineyards are in the ancient heart of the Soave area, around Soave and Monteforte d’Alpone

 

 

VINIFICATION

The whole of vinification process is geared towards highlighting the fruity and floral fragrance of the grapes themeselves. Consequently, cold maceration is carried out, pressing is very gentle and fermentation takes places at controlled temperature of between 16° and 19°

 

 

TASTING NOTE

Dry white wine from the province of Verona, with appealing, well balanced fruit and floral hint on the palate, combined with elegant mineral notes on the finish.



 

GRAPES: Garganega 70%, Trebbiano di Soave 30%

 

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10°/12°
