AREA OF PRODUCTION
The vineyards are situated in the morainic hills of the hinterland to the south of Lake Garda.
Cold maceration followed by soft pressing and fermentation at 16°-19° C. in stainless steel tanks.
It has a straw yellow colour. Dry, with good structure and appealingly freshness. Floral and fruity sensations in the mouth, enriched by delicate hints of chlorophyll.
