AREA OF PRODUCTION
Vineyards are primarily in the Veneto region.
Obtained by the traditional method of maceration and fermentation on the skins for 10/12 days at controlled temperatures in inox tanks.
Intense ruby red colour. It has a vinous bouquet with notes of cherries, plums and light vegetal hints. At the palate it is slightly tannic, full and persistent.
