Skin – contact maceration for 10-15 days, fermentation at controlled temperature (20°-25°)
Ruby red colour. It has a characteristic pleasant bouquet with hints of raspberries and mature fruit. Some vegetal notes. Smooth and harmonious to the palate with a medium structure, slight tannins and good acidity.
