After the traditional white vinification process, the long process of transforming the cuvèe into sparkling wine then takes place in closed vats, according to the Martinotti method.
It has a straw yellow colour. The perlage is fine and persistent. It displays an appealing bouquet with fruity sensations-expecially white peach and apple- accompanied by hints of flowers and a light mineral vein. Elegant and lively on the palate, where one finds echoed the fruity sensations noted in its perfumes.
