Skin – contact maceration for 10/12 days, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
A ruby red wine with delicate scents of red-berry fruits: cherries, raspberries and plums combined with hints of spices. Flavour is dry, with good, fresh acidity and well-balanced soft tannins.
