AREA OF PRODUCTION
Vineyards are in the Bardolino Classico area, in the villages of Bardolino, Cavaion, Lazise, and Garda,
a historic and splendid landscape along the south-eastern shores of Lake Garda.

VINIFICATION
Traditionally, Chiaretto is obtained by cold maceration of the must on the skins for a single night.
Today, a part of the must undergoes just a few hours of maceration, to obtain a very light colour.
Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures of between 16° and 18°C in order to enhance the expression of the wine’s fruity and floral aromas.

TASTING NOTE
It has a light colour with shades of lychee and peach.
Citrus and floral notes at the nose, accompanied by herbal hints reminiscent of sage.
It has good acidity and sapidity. Long acidity and aromas of citrus fruits.
