AREA OF PRODUCTION
Vineyards are in the areas of the towns and villages of Castelnuovo del Garda, Caprino, Rivoli Veronese,
Affi, Sommacampagna, Bussolengo, Peschiera del Garda, and Valeggio.

VINIFICATION
Traditionally, Chiaretto is obtained by cold maceration of the must on the skins for a single night.
Today, a part of the must undergoes just a few hours of maceration, to obtain a very light colour.
 at a controlled temperature of 16°-18°. It naturally refines in the bottle.

TASTING NOTE
It has a light colour with shades of lychee and peach.
Citrus and floral notes at the nose. It has good acidity and sapidity.
