AREA OF PRODUCTION
Vineyards are situated in the morainic hills of the hinterland to the south of Lake Garda.

VINIFICATION
Cold maceration followed by soft pressing and fermentation at 16°- 18° C. in stainless steel tanks.

TASTING NOTE
It has a straw yellow colour. Dry, with good structure and appealing freshness.
Floral and fruity sensations in the mouth, enriched by delicate hints of chlorophyll.
Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano, Chardonnay, Trebbianello, and Pinot Bianco
