VINIFICATION
After the traditional white vinification process, the long process of transforming the cuvée into sparkling
wine then takes place in closed vats, according to the Martinotti method.

TASTING NOTE
It has a straw yellow colour. The perlage is fine and persistent.
It displays an appealing bouquet with fruity sensations, especially white peach and apple,
accompanied by hints of flowers and a light mineral vein.
