VINIFICATION
Skin-contact maceration, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

TASTING NOTE
A ruby red wine with delicate scents of red-berry fruits: cherries and raspberries combined with hints of spices.
Flavour is dry, with good, fresh acidity and well-balanced soft tannins.

Serving temperature: 15°- 18° C
